Connie is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. (HCPI). While Connie’s effort is focused on the growth of the Company, the significant part of her leadership is the promotion of ethical recruitment practices and core values.  It is part of her advocacy that is to improve the public perception of recruitment agencies in the Philippines.  Her goal is to make the HCPI be the largest and most trusted recruitment agency in the Philippines for healthcare professionals bound to the U.S. through good governance and sustainable recruitment programs.

Connie served as the President of HCPI for 20 years. Over the years, she has been exposed to project development and management, marketing, networking, and U.S. immigration. Prior to joining Health Carousel, she worked as a Project Development Officer at the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) for Information Technology Education, Graduate Education and Distance Education.

She earned units in Master of Arts in Economics from Ateneo De Manila University and bachelor’s degree in Economics from Colegio De San Juan De Letran.

Connie is currently a Board Member of the Philippines Association of Service Exporters, Inc. (PASEI), the biggest and most respected association of recruitment agencies.

Connie spent her free time travelling locally and internationally. She loves experiencing the culture and festivals of different countries.  She also enjoys cooking, hiking and spending time with her family, and with Rav and Cooper, her dogs.

Nyra is the Co-founder and member of the board of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. She has years of experience in Healthcare and Curriculum/Project Development for the Health Profession from her previous work in the Department of Health (DOH) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).

She served as the Vice President for Operations of HCPI for 20 years. In the early days, she actively played a role in  Processing Candidates, Marketing, and Recruitment. Currently, she is the Chairperson of the DAISY Award for Health Carousel Philippines, Inc.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Nursing from the University of the Philippines (Cebu) and Dela Salle Health Science Institute respectively. She took up Masters in Nursing (completed academic requirements) at Emilio Aguinaldo College.

She enjoys meeting old friends and traveling to places where people speak other than English/Tagalog.

Vicky was appointed as President of the company in June 2021. She has over 20 years of experience in managing various companies in the Philippines and abroad. As the President of Health Carousel Philippines, Inc. (HCPI), she takes pride in promoting the company’s higher purpose, which is to change people’s lives through innovative recruitment programs. This is her guiding principle to ensure that the company follows its mission, policies, and procedures that are in place, and provides the highest standard of ethical recruitment practices.

She started working in HCPI as Program Associate, was promoted to Team Leader, Manager, and became a Senior Manager of Marketing and Recruitment Team. During her early years at HCPI, she contributed to promoting and enhancing the brand, growing the candidate pipeline, facilitating partnerships with top universities and hospitals, and expanding the company’s network.

Vicky took up a Bachelor of Science in Tourism at the University of Santo Tomas and is currently taking up several online studies to pursue excellence.

She spends her free time watching documentaries and cooking shows, reading books, and learning from mentors. Vicky loves the outdoors and found a new hobby in urban gardening.

Marwin has over 12 years of work experience in the field of Quality Assurance, working for both BPO & Shared Services environments and supported different lines of businesses which includes Logistics, IT–Telecoms, and the Insurance industry.

He has a proven track record in the different domains and activities of Quality Assurance such as developing client relationships by enhancing overall customer experience, process effectiveness, and improving SLA compliance thru transactional audit and analysis. Before joining Health Carousel Philippines, Inc., he worked as an Assistant Manager for Quality in a BPO company. He took up a Bachelor of Arts Major in Political Science at Adamson University.

Marwin is also a Certified Data Protection Officer (CDPO), a dual-Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (CLSSGB).

Marianne is a Registered Nurse who has been helping healthcare professionals achieve their dream for almost nine years now. She earned her Nursing degree from the University of Santo Tomas and practiced as a School Nurse in a culinary and business school.

Before joining Health Carousel Philippines (HCPI), she has also helped Nursing graduates and Nurses prepare for NLE and NCLEX as a Review Coordinator. Her journey in the recruitment industry started with HCPI. She worked as an NPTE-Coordinator, guiding Physical Therapists to prepare and pass their US licensure exam. Over the years, she has been actively involved and learned the various processes of Health Carousel in ensuring that Health Carousel’s healthcare professionals meet US application requirements.

She likes spending time with family and friends. She also spends her alone time reading books, listening to podcasts, or watching reality TV shows.
