I joined the program in August 2016. After having enough experience to go abroad, I applied with Health Carousel.While waiting for the process of immigration, I worked in Saudi Arabia for three years to make enough money for my US application. The application process was tedious, stressful, confusing, and frustrating at times. I had to send and resend documents, apply for the said documents multiple times to concerned agencies/offices. However, I am glad that Health Carousel and my IDA were with me every step of the way. Without them, I might have quit a long time ago. Their instructions were clear and concise. As long as I followed every step, I knew I was going somewhere. Their constant guidance and patience with me kept me on track with my dreams.The biggest lesson for me was to persevere in spite of discouragements and setbacks. It taught me to keep the faith.My message to future US Registered Nurses:My message to my fellow nurses is to take that leap of faith and pursue the American Dream with the help of Health Carousel. They have the track record and I am one of its proof. A journey with a thousand miles begins with a single step. Take the step!
