"Hold on to your dream!" - Liezl Gloria, USRN

September 30, 2019

Beautiful things will happen when God says “It’s time”. This describes the fulfillment of my ‘American Dream’. I signed up for Health Carousel in March 2015 but it took me over 10 long years to get to this point. The entire journey was not a walk in the park, with the CGFNS, NCLEX, taking IELTS twice, going through two Visa Screens and two retrogressions. But God is faithful indeed. “If God leads you to it, He will lead you through it”. Hold on to your dream, work for it and submit everything to the Lord. Let God, be God.Most importantly, Health Carousel is without a doubt, a blessing to every Filipino Nurses. I am forever grateful to my Health Carousel Family for all the support and encouragement, for making my American Dream into reality. I wanted to give a special shout out to my International Deployment Advisor- Ms. Liza who is with me all throughout my entire journey. Your knowledge, wisdom, and patience have been so inspiring- undeniably a gem to the company. I would also like to commend Ms. Amelyn for being so responsive to all my emails and queries, to Ms. Nyra and Ms. Roda for being supportive and knowledgeable in processing my documents.Lastly, it is only by God’s grace that my dream of going to the US with my family become a reality. Certainly, God is not making any mistakes because great things take time.
