The simulation training was a combination of pure education and virtual experience. I had a great time learning step by step procedures and distinguishing advance types of equipment used by nurses. The training was rigid and intense, lots of information to take in. You can learn so much from real life scenarios. You'll be able to see the difference in practices and procedures when comparing different settings. The program took me about six weeks to finish.Recommend? Definitely! It is like a bird's eye view of the situation we are going to face in the US. So, to be able to have this, for me, is a must. All in all, my hesitation in my transition to a US Healthcare Facility System is reduced to a minimal, and my confidence soared to an all-time high! This training is phenomenal!
